We work with clients on a face-to-face basis or via video-conference. Each new client engagement starts with a non-committal chat about the process, what to expect, fees and a recommendation on length and number of coaching sessions. We use the Neuroleadership Institute Coaching System – a neuroscience based coaching system focused on achieving results.
